Level up Youth Services works across the Macarthur, Wollondilly, Southern Highlands, Illawarra, Nowra, Orange & Newcastle regions of NSW, Delivering Independant, In-home and Community Support for the Youth. Chief Executive Officer
Shane Oudin.
With over a decade of experience in the community service sector, Shane has dedicated his career to working with youth in out-of-home care (OOHC) and individuals with disabilities. Shane's qualifications, including a Diploma in Youth Work and a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma, showcase his commitment to providing high-quality care and support to those in need. As a TCI Trainer and with extensive experience managing OOHC services, Shane's expertise in the field of community services is unparalleled.

Kristy Oudin
Kristy, CFO of Level Up Youth Services, has been a dedicated provider of beauty services for over 10 years. With a genuine passion for ensuring that young people take care of their skin and practice self-care, Kristy has also embarked on studying for her Diploma of Youth Work to help young individuals achieve their goals. Known for her commitment to both front-end beauty services and back-office operations for Level Up Youth, Kristy is a true professional with a heart for serving the community and empowering youth.

With over 15 years of experience in the community service sector, including over a decade in management, Roy is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Holding a Diploma in Community Services, a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma, and various training certifications in areas such as TCI, program leadership, and mental health first aid, Roy is well-equipped to make a meaningful impact in the field of Mentoring and disability services.

With over 15 years of experience in the community services and early education sector, Sina has dedicated a significant portion of her career to youth work and supporting individuals with disabilities. Holding management positions for over a decade, Sina is well-versed in the complexities of providing services to vulnerable populations. With qualifications including a Diploma in Community Services, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma, Bachelor of Social Science, TCI Training, Leadership Training, and Power to Kids Training, Sina's expertise and passion for making a difference shine through in her work.

With over 12 years of experience in various roles within community services, youth work, and disability support, Garrett has established himself as a reputable and knowledgeable professional in the field. Holding certifications in Community Services and Youth Work from TAFE, as well as specialised training in incident response, positive behaviour support, and mental health, Garrett is well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to those in need.

Karrisha has been dedicating her time and efforts to supporting youth and individuals with disabilities for the past 12 months through transition to work programs. With a genuine passion for helping young people navigate their educational and employment pathways, she completing her Certificate IV in Community Services to further enhance her skills and knowledge in this field.

Her passion for mentoring and seeing growth and smiles on the faces of the youth she works with is truly inspiring. Graham brings years of expertise and knowledge working within the juvenile justice system. He understands the challenges and complexities that young individuals face in the justice system and is dedicated to providing them with support and guidance throughout their journey.
In addition to his experience in juvenile justice, Graham is also an accomplished sports coach. He has coached various sports teams, focusing on developing the skills and abilities of young athletes. His coaching style emphasizes the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
